PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information relating method for relating video information transmitted through a TV broadcast or a network to character information such as a keyword, and a terminal equipment, a server device and a program utilizing the method. SOLUTION: The information relating method capable of relating video information transmitted through the TV broadcast or the computer network to the character information such as the keyword, retrieving a home page on a WWW by using the video information of the TV broadcast or the like as a key and retrieving a scene of the TV broadcast from the keyword and the terminal equipment, the server device, the program, and a charging method utilizing the information relating method are provided.
