The invention relates to an ejector-eductor meant for transporting low pressure fluids by means of motive fluids having high operating pressure. According to the invention, the ejector - eductor comprises a body (1) assembled with an exchange module (2) made in more size types, said body (1) having a mixing chamber (a) accommodating a confuser body (3) made as an independent piece, said confuser body (3) having an annular groove (b) cut therein for the insertion of a pin (5) having spheric head (c), said confuser body (3) being displaced and/or rotated inside a support (4) by means of a curved handle (12) fastened on a shaft (7) and locked by means of a threaded pin (9) for changing the dimension of gapping (j) wherethrough there is sucked the fluid entrained into the mixing chamber (k) through a side connection (15).
