<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an economical flowing water and pneumatic energy system. SOLUTION: This flowing water and pneumatic energy system is provided with, for example, a hydraulic turbine 3 installed in a branch flow passage 2 branched from a main stream of a river 1, a compressor 5 connected with the hydraulic turbine 3 through a transmission 4, an air cooler 6 for cooling compressed air generated by the compressor 5, a compressed air supply pipe 7 for feeding compressed air into the river, and a device 8 for improving water quality in the river 1 by utilizing compressed air. Known hydraulic turbine 3 and compressor 5 can be applied, respectively. A transmission 2 increases or reduces the number of revolutions of a drive shaft rotating by receiving power by the hydraulic turbine 3 to the proper number of revolutions for operating the compressor 5. This system is economical because it is operated by converting energy of flowing water which is natural energy into rotation torque by the hydraulic turbine.</p> |
