PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound-type common mode choke coil which is capable of reducing the number of manufacturing processes and a cost and which can be surely mounted on a circuit board. SOLUTION: The wound-type common mode choke coil comprises a ferrite core body 10A having four leg parts 16a, 16b, 16c, and 16d formed at the corners on the bottom side respectively, a coil part 11M which is made by winding a coil winding 11 around the center of the ferrite core body 10A, and a magnetic field formation ferrite core provided with winding intertwined input electrodes 13a and 13b and winding intertwined output electrodes 14a and 14b, each of which is formed by intertwining an end part of the coil winding 11 with the leg parts 16a, 16b, 16c, and 16d and dipped the winding intertwined leg part in solder.
