<p>A provider of software for business transaction or a device having the software installed therein preferably charges the user of the software or the device properly for the use according to the record of the use. A charging device is capable of communicating with a transaction supporting device for supporting the user to transact trading of a commodity or a service, the charging device receives transaction information excluding at least transaction content information representing a specific transaction content of a transaction using the transaction supporting device from the transaction supporting device, stores it, and creates charging information including the charge on the basis of the stored transaction information.</p> |
