PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both action of pressing a getter against an inner wall of a funnel with a prescribed pressing force and function of forming a prescribed interval against the inner wall by bending of a getter spring along the inner wall, even if curvature of the inner wall of the funnel gets smaller. SOLUTION: A getter 7 each is held at a tip end of a pair of getter springs extended from a support part 2 having a fitting hole 2a to be fixed inside a funnel, and each getter spring is so formed to have larger flexural rigidity as it gets nearer to the support part, by the fact that it is formed thinner as it gets nearer to the tip.
