PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power distribution control device at a low cost. SOLUTION: A switch sub-station 13 of a power distribution control device controls a line switch 6 connecting a power distribution line 81 which is a zone at a power source side and a power distribution line 82 which is a zone at a load side. A control transformer 71 having V-connected windings 71a, 71b is connected to the line 81, a control transformer 72 having similarly made V-connected windings 72a, 72b is connected to the line 82. A capacity of the windings 71a, 72a is each 800 VA, a capacity of each winding 71b, 72b is 25 VA. Three-phase voltages of the lines 81, 82 are obtained from a secondary side of the control transformers 71, 72, additionally a battery not shown in the figure is charged from the winding 71a, 72a through a charge circuit 41 of the switch sub-station 13. Power for controlling of the line switch 6 is supplied from this battery. The windings 71b, 72b can be used for those used for a standard instrument-use transformer, so that a cost of the control transformer is reduced.
