<p>A getter packaging member, comprising getter and its enveloping layer, is characterised in that, the said enveloping layer is a sealed container with thin wall, and the getter is located in the said container. When heated in high vacuum condition, the said container is opened, so that the getter start to absorb gas. Furthermore, the invention discloses a vacuum that includes the package.</p> |
