VACUUM CHARGING APPARATUS IN SAMPLE TESTING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample testing machine equipped with an incubation readout station for a fluid test sample stored in a release container and for a test sample card arranged in a fluidic communication state and a vacuum charging station. SOLUTION: The sample testing machine is composed of a vacuum chamber, a tray in which the fluid test sample is housed and which has a circumferential face sealed and coupled to a lower circumference sealing face, an arrangement device which moves the tray to the vacuum chamber from the charging station and a means by which the vacuum chamber is raised and lowered, which moves the tray to the lower part of the vacuum chamber and which moves the tray to an incubation station. The vacuum chamber in a lowered position is coupled to the circumferential face of the tray, and a vacuum is formed inside the vacuum chamber so as to be then released from the vacuum chamber. Consequently, the formation and the release of the vacuum inside the chamber are constituted in such a way that the fluid test sample is pulled into the test sample card from the release container.
