The actuator has a mobile palette (8) oscillating around an axis and placed between two electromagnets. A measuring device measures the position of the palette by measuring a variation of inductance of a coil. A microprocessor controls the electromagnets to deliver a high force of attraction. A control circuit controls a linear or oscillating movement of the actuator.
