PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet the UV pressure- sensitive adhesive layer of which is not cured even when heated and which, after the completion of work of a liquid crystal display panel, allows a light- transmitting plastic film to be easily peeled by ultraviolet irradiation. SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises a UV pressure- sensitive adhesive layer, a substrate, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, laminated in this order. Before ultraviolet irradiation, a light-transmitting plastic film placed on the UV pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a base body for fixing placed beneath the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are strongly bonded to the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet. After ultraviolet irradiation, only the strength of adhesion to the light-transmitting plastic film decreases, enabling the film to be easily peeled off. When the light-transmitting plastic film is peeled from the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, the UV pressure-sensitive adhesive layer moves to the side of the light-transmitting plastic film.
