This invention is about a method for preparation of pharmaceutic composition which contains biphosphonate derivation in such quantity to reduce loss of calcium in the bone tissue to prevent gastroesofageal reflux which occurs during use of oral biphosphonates and anti-reflux agent in such quantity to prevent gastroesofageal reflux of this biphosphonate derivation. Alginic acid and/or its salts, preferably alginic acid or sodium alginate, are used as anti-reflux agent.
