PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording tape cartridge which hardly generate electromagnetic wave interference by simplifying the mounting structure of a memory board. SOLUTION: An inclined wall 22 is formed at a rear end side in a loading direction to the drive unit on the lower case 14, and the non-contact type memory board 24 in which generation information such as the recording capacity is stored is attached along the inner surface of the inclined wall 22. Thereby, the memory board 24 is inevitably inclined without arranging an inclined support base, etc., on a case. Information can be exchanged from the back surface side and the undersurface side of the case by inclining the memory board 24. Because the support base, etc., is unnecessary, the structure of the case is simplified and because the excessive support base, etc., is not required, the electromagnetic wave interference is hardly generated.
