SOLUTION: The user information registration device to register user information optional to the user is constituted of a map display means to display a map by reading prescribed information out of a map database, a relating means to relate a prescribed position on a map displayed by the map display means to a user graphic optional to the user, and a registration means to register, as user information, positional information and reduction scale necessary for re-display of the map including the user graphic and the user graphic.
