PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling rod buried type non-widening long-sized forepoling construction method capable of improving the whole economy and enhancing preceding ground reinforcing effect by simplifying working and improving a work speed in a long-sized forepoling type ground preceding reinforcing construction method performed in tunnel excavation. SOLUTION: In the non-widening long-sized forepoling construction method, a drilling bit 23 is connected to the edge of a drilling rod 21 to pack the drilling rod 21 by a reinforcing steel pipe 22, drilling and placing are performed by the drilling bit 23 of the edge end while the drilling rods 21 and the reinforcing steel pipes 22 are successively pieced out slightly upward from a direction for excavating the inside of the ground of a tunnel cutting, after placing completion, a consolidating material is filled into from the basic end of the reinforcing steel pipe 22 and the ground of the periphery of the reinforcing steel pipe 22 is improved. The packed and installed drilling rods 21 are not collected to be buried along a part buried permanently out of an excavation area forward of the tunnel cutting of the reinforcing steel pipe 22.
