PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance vehicular stability and maximally suppress load distribution between an inner wheel and an outer wheel when traveling on a curve. SOLUTION: The system is provided with sensors S1-S5 generating signals representing a steering angleδ, a vehicle speed V, a yaw rateΨ, traveling direction acceleration ax , and transverse direction acceleration ay , and a reference valueΨref of the yaw rate is determined on the basis of the signals. A first yaw rate control signalΔTy1 is generated as a function of the reference yaw rate valueΨref on the basis of a predetermined mathematical model in regard to vehicular behavior. A control means F2 generates a second yaw rate control signalΔTy2 as a predetermined function of the traveling direction acceleration ax . A control circuit means DC generates electric signals for operating actuators A1 and A2 as functions of the first and second control signalsΔTy1 andΔTy2.
