The milling tool operates independently of rotation. There is a trolley (16) which is radially displaceable. The trolley has two epicyclic gears (19) in cascade providing rotation movement. The first train (1) rotates around a shaft (9). The second train (11) has a planetary part (39) with a planetary output (30). The train sections have inverse functions fed by a motor (24) and control unit (25).
