摘要 The required amount of distilled liquor is heated to a max. of 55 degrees C and mixed with 1/3 of its quantity of honey also heated to the same temperature. The mixture is allowed to stand to allow it to settle. The settled portion is left behind and rest is strained and bottled. Dark bottles (possibly of brown glass) should be used, and shall be labelled, indicating the type of liquor and honey used. The liquor used should have an alcohol content of 40-50 degrees. Liquor of lower alcohol content may be used, in which case the proportion of honey will be greater, resulting in a honey-liqueur, which is prepared to the desired taste.
