PURPOSE: A dynamic display device is provided to be capable of expressing a dynamic image according to a movement of a vehicle without a separate driving device. CONSTITUTION: An obit(42) is prepared at a frame member. A shift member(60) is installed to move with respect to the frame member and has a display part. A part of the shift member is placed at the obit. A driving member(80) is inserted in the obit so as to move. When the driving member moves according to a variation of a speed of a mobile apparatus and the driving member shifts, the display part is shifted by moving a position where the driving member is placed on the obit. The frame member comprises a background plate(20) configured to express a background image and a protection cover(40) configured to cover the background plate so as to expose a part of the background image.
