PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a blade for cleaning a drum of a copy machine is provided to mass-produce the blade within a short time and with the minimum personnel. CONSTITUTION: A lower plate has a plurality of fusing parts on a top surface, a plurality of holding shafts on right and left sides, and a plurality of hinge parts at a rear surface. An upper plate has a plurality of fixing grooves and fusing parts at a bottom surface, a plurality of fixing holders on right and left sides, a hydraulic cylinder on a top surface, and a plurality of hinge parts at a rear surface, so that the upper plate is coupled with the lower plate. A display unit(6) displays temperatures of the upper plate and the lower plate. A forming frame(8) is composed of a limit switch and another hydraulic cylinder. A forming machine(30) has a transfer conveyor part(3) and an automatic control part(36) controlling operations of the forming frame and the transfer conveyor part. A molding machine(5) has a plurality of material mixing tanks(54), a material injection unit(7), a plurality of moving wheels(55), a driving unit(56) driving the moving wheels, moving rails(9), and an automatic control part(58).
