The proposed material acts as a mulch, easy to handle and to cut, suitable for sowing plant seeds in a weave-free environment, to rehabilitate slag heaps and other damaged environments. It and also provide protection against water and wind erosion. The proposed agro- textile is produced using boiled fibrous waste plant material (flax, cotton waste, etc.). It is used to carry the required quantity and composition of seed mixture, suitable for the intended location. Finally, it is provided with a covering layer of thin paper. |
