PURPOSE: An internal wave absorption structure of a surface acoustic wave filter is provided to improve a filter characteristic and minimize a noise by intercepting an internal wave at a piezoelectric substrate. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric substrate(1) has a predetermined thickness and is configured such that a signal is transferred. An input/output interdigital transducer is formed at one surface of the piezoelectric substrate by a pattern shape and passes a signal of a desired frequency band. An interception part(20) is formed by forming a plurality of grooves(20a) on the other surface of the piezoelectric substrate and filling up the grooves with a sound absorption material(20b), and intercepts an internal wave for interrupting signal transmission. |
