摘要 <p>Treatment of solid communal wastes involves chopping waste material; stacking the chopped waste; subjecting the material to pressurized aeration using ventilator; inserting oxygen content measuring and temperature measuring gauge heads into stack to control aeration and to follow biological processes; covering the aerated material with GORE-Cover(RTM: three-layered semi-permeable membrane covering), followed by composting, classifying final product according to grain sizes by screening with cylindrical screen, and selecting usable materials manually from the waste material. Treatment of solid communal wastes involves: chopping the waste materials with a sledge mill before stacking to increase the surface; subjecting the material to pressurized aeration using a ventilator of 1.5-1.8 kW; inserting an oxygen content measuring and a temperature measuring gauge heads into the stack to control the aeration and to follow the biological processes, where the temperature measuring gauge head is arranged vertically and the oxygen content measuring head is arranged under 45[deg] to avoid condensate drops affecting measured data, the measuring gauge heads are connected to a computer, and the aeration is controlled by the computer according to the data through feedback; covering the aerated material with GORE-Cover(RTM: three-layered semi-permeable membrane covering), where the covering is performed either manually or by a winding apparatus mounted on the wall; composting the material, where the microorganisms decomposing the organic materials of the waste; and classifying the final product according to grain sizes by screening with cylindrical screen, where the material passing the screen consists mostly of organic materials, and grains having dimensions larger than the diameter of the screen holes, i.e. 50 mm are forwarded by a conveyor, at the end of it a magnetic separator enables to select metallic pieces, and selecting usable materials manually from the treated waste material.</p>
