PURPOSE: A hot rolling mill comprising movable side guide unit and defective strip bar extracting unit capable of preventing deflection of strip bar at the same time when performing extraction of the defective strip bar in hot rolling process is provided. CONSTITUTION: The hot rolling mill comprises a defective strip bar extracting unit, the defective strip bar extracting unit comprises pass tables which are respectively installed between run out table rollers (5) on a run out table (4) installed between finish rolling mill (1) and rough rolling mill (2), on the lower part of one side of which a lowerable and liftable cylinder is mounted in such a way that the cylinder has a certain gradient to extract defective strip bar, and the corresponding other side of which is hinge connected; a plurality of extracting rollers laterally arranged on the upper part of the pass tables; and a loading table (40) comprising a plurality of long pilers (41) arranged parallel to each other so that defective strips are loaded on the side part of the run out table (4), wherein the pass tables further comprises extracting rollers, moving plate, and cylinder, wherein the loading table (40) further comprises a plurality of rolling rollers (42) formed on the upper part of the pilers (41) so that defective strip is smoothly moved on the rolling rollers (42), and wherein the hot rolling mill comprises a movable side guide unit comprising a movable side guide (30), a pair of sliding bases (31), a support frame (32), a pair of horizontal cylinders (33), and a pair of vertical cylinders (35).
