HEAT STORAGE COMPOSITE MICROCAPSULE HAVING NATURAL ANTIBACTERIAL AND TREATING ACTIVITY AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A heat storage composite microcapsule and its preparation method are provided, wherein the microcapsule has the natural antibacterial and treating activity in addition to the heat storing property. CONSTITUTION: The heat storage composite microcapsule(10) comprises an inner layer(11) made of a phase change material; an outer layer(12) made of the initial melanin condensate; and a silver nanoparticle(13) with a size of 10-300 nm which is coated on the outer layer of the capsule. The method comprises the steps of preparing a silver nanoparticle solution; emulsifying a phase change material to form an inner layer of a capsule; surrounding the inner layer with the initial melanin condensate to form an outer layer; adding the silver nanoparticle solution to the outer layer before the outer layer is cured, to fix it to form a coating layer(13); adding a polymer crosslinking agent and a curing agent to cure the coating layer; and drying the charge solution containing the cured microcapsule at a room temperature to terminate the reaction.
