PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to lengthen the defrost cycle and achieve improved cooling efficiency by reducing the amount of vapor deposited at the evaporator. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a main body(1) divided into a freezing compartment(10) and a refrigerating compartment(20) by a separator wall(16), and which includes a cooling unit for generating cooling air for the freezing compartment and the refrigerating compartment; a cooling air guide channel(15) formed at the rear surface of the refrigerating compartment, and which guides the cooling air generated from the cooling unit into the refrigerating compartment; a cooling air suction channel(23) formed at the rear surface of the refrigerating compartment, and which guides the cooling air supplied into the refrigerating compartment toward the cooling unit such that the air is re-cooled; and a dehumidification unit(24) mounted in the cooling air suction channel, and which removes the vapor evaporated from the freezing compartment and the refrigerating compartment.
