PURPOSE: An assist handle of a vehicle is provided to reduce assembling process and manufacturing expenses, to increase the productivity by integrally forming a cover with the assist handle, and to insert a hook part to a base plate of the assist handle by forming the hook part in the cover. CONSTITUTION: An assist handle(10) is composed of a fixing part combined with the ceiling of a vehicle room by a screw; a grip connected to both sides of the fixing part; a base plate(40) having a through hole for assembling with the end of the grip by the screw; and a cover(50) turned and fixed to the base plate. The cover is combined with the base plate. A hook part(60) is formed in the cover, and combined with the base plate to turn the cover. Fitting sills(70) are formed symmetrically inside the cover. Process and cost are reduced by integrally connecting the cover with the fixing part.
