FIELD: carbon materials. SUBSTANCE: active and moderately active brands of kiln carbon black are produced from liquid hydrocarbon stock subjected to thermal decomposition in reactor, combustion chamber of which receives fuel and air. According to invention, before feeding into reactor, hydrocarbon stock is completed by water, which is added at weight ratio to hydrocarbon stock (88-98.5): (1.5-12), after which resulting mixture is emulsified in hydrodynamic activator during 2 to 180 sec or in flow mixer during 90 to 270 sec, thus obtained emulsion is heated to 120-300 C and introduced in sprayed state into reactor. Advantageously, thermal decomposition of hydrocarbon stock is conducted at 1200-1600 C. EFFECT: increased yield of carbon black (by 2-8%). 2 cl, 1 tbl |
