FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly extrusion of shapes such as tubes. SUBSTANCE: press includes frame with lengthwise guides, ram holder, piercing cross piece with needle holder, container for placing ingot and stroke limiters of piercing cross piece. Ram holder is mounted with possibility of motion in port of piercing cross piece and it is rigidly joined directly with rod of working hydraulic cylinder. Piercing cross piece is mounted on lengthwise guides of frame with possibility of motion by action of piercing hydraulic cylinders along press axis coaxially with ram holder. The last has port for placing needle holder; length of said port corresponds to value of working stroke of needle holder. Stroke limiters of piercing cross piece are in the form of stops arranged on piercing cross piece with possibility of engaging with end of container. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of working stroke, elimination of skewing of piercing cross piece. 3 dwg |
