SUBSTANCE: device has permanent magnetic field source designed as inductance coil connected to DC supply source and alternating magnetic field source designed as inductance coils connected to radially arranged inside of permanent magnetic field source coil at an angle of 60 deg to each other and screened on magnetic field from the permanent magnetic field source with a glass manufactured from non-magnetic material. Some of inductance coils are set at an angle of 120 deg with respect to each other and connected to the first frequency converter and the other coils are connected to the second three-phase frequency converter, each converter being provided with current direction switch, frequency control and voltage regulator.
