PURPOSE: A high density polyethylene pipe with a flange and manufacturing method thereof is provided to easily connect the polyethylene pipes in a working site by fusing the flange with a pipe body. CONSTITUTION: A high density polyethylene pipe is composed of a body(1), a connecting plate(3) having a plurality of coupling holes(2), and a flange(7). The flange is integrally connected to the surface of the connecting plate, and includes a fused pipe(6) having an uneven part(4) and a hot-wire mesh(5). The fused pipe is inserted into both ends of the body.
