PURPOSE: A faucet and a fixed type ring are provided to reduce water consumption and allow for ease of assembly and use. CONSTITUTION: A faucet(7) is coupled to a water supply pipe(1), and a rubber plate(9) is loosened when a faucet handle(8) rotates in the right direction. When the rubber plate is loosened, a rubber packing(15) is lowered and tightly contacts a seal protrusion(10) so as to thereby prevent water flow. The water flows when the faucet handle rotates in the opposite direction. A water outlet(13) which is exposed outward is connected with a hose(3), and a ring(4) is fitted to the hose. The hose is prevented from being expanded even when a pressure is applied to the hose since the ring is fitted to the hose.
