PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rice bran compression molding which does not lose active ingredients of rice bran, rapidly settles, disintegrates and disperses when applied to a paddy field and does not cause suspended matter after disintegration. SOLUTION: Rice bran is mixed with a silicon compound such as hydrous silicon oxide, light anhydrous silicic acid, etc., and compression molded to give a rice bran tablet and rice bran platy/granular compression molding, which have excellent sedimentation properties and disintegration properties, slightly cause suspended matter such as oil film, etc., in disintegration and are useful as a herbicide for a paddy field.
