Preparation is prepared by raw milling, its homogenization in an aqueous-saline solution, extraction, extract heating, removal of thermolabile fraction, successive separation of substance on membrane firstly retaining substances with molecular mass above 1.0 kDa, dilution of retained fraction, addition of D-mannitol to the diluted solution, sterilizing filtration, pouring sterile solution into flasks and its liophilization.
