<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a workpiece to be stably transported onto a stage, in a laser beam machining system that performs prescribed machining by transporting a single workpiece onto the stage and irradiating the workpiece with a laser beam. SOLUTION: With the workpiece (paper) transported by a belt conveyor 13 and delivered to the stage 12, a prescribed number of rollers 21 are rotated in the transporting direction, placing the workpiece at a fixed position on the stage 12, so that a specified laser beam machining is performed using a laser irradiation means 15 in this system.</p> |
