PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box capable of being vertically stacked up on another box in a stable manner even under an opened state of exposing an item therein. SOLUTION: When the item stored in a packaging box is displayed, a vertical cutting line A and a lateral cutting line B in a front plate 4 are cut or broken and free pieces 26, 27 are bend through vertical folding lines (p), (q) in such a way that they are opened wide in a lateral direction. Extremity ends of the free pieces 26, 27 are connected to the right and left side plates 3, 5 to form triangular cylindrical supporting columns 28, 29 at both sides of the front plate 4. A base end part 30 of a second top flap 9 is kept horizontal, the extremity end is bent downward along a lateral folding line (t), the extremity end of the second top flap 9 is connected to a rear plate 6 to form a triangular cylindrical extension part 31. When another packaging box having the same shape as that of the former is stacked up on the former, the lower packaging box 1 stably supports the other upper packaging box by the supporting columns 28, 29 and the extension part 31 so as to keep a superior stacked-up state of the packaging boxes.
