FIELD: transport machine building, in particular, devices for protection of engine from getting of water through the exhaust branch pipe in case of engine shutdown at movement under water. SUBSTANCE: the exhaust valves are provided with a remote automatic drive of their fixation in the open position. The mentioned drive is made in the form of two kinematically linked lever rotating on axles, tie-rod with a pusher, lever with a master cam fastened on the shaft of the exhaust valves, and a catch installed on the panel of the exhaust valves. One of the two kinematically linked levers is coupled with the tie-rod of the drive to the covers of the equipment for underwater driving by means of a stop secured on the tie-rod, and the other lever - with the tie-rod with the pusher. EFFECT: provided fixation of the exhaust valves in the open position without shutdown of the transport facility and escape of the crew. 2 dwg
