FIELD: cleaning of gases from impurities by method of gas heating up to 500-600 C in presence of catalyst, particularly, in gas chromatography. SUBSTANCE: catalytic filter has case accommodating reactor. Reactor body is made in form of hermetic cylinder with connected intake and discharge gas pipelines. Ends of said pipelines have inlet and outlet pipe unions and union-plug. Located between reactor with heater and filter case is heat- insulating materials. Heat insulation in filter lower part is absent, therefore, part of inlet pipeline and discharge pipeline serve as heat insulation between hot reactor and pipe unions. Case side wall and heat-insulating material form ventilation duct, and case lower and upper parts have ventilation holes. As a result of effect of heat insulation, temperature in filter lower part is close to temperature of ambient atmosphere. EFFECT: increased service life of pipe union seals. 2 dwg |
