PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of preventing occurrence of erosion at the heat exchanger pipe.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger pipe 2 is formed by a first brazing sheet 17 having a core material 18 and a first brazing material 19 covering the outer surface of the core material 18. A tank body 26 of a header tank 3 is formed by a second brazing sheet 28 having a core material 29 and a third brazing material 31 showing a lower flowability than that of the first brazing material 19 of the first brazing sheet 17 and covering the outer surface of the core material 29. Core materials 29, 18 of both brazing sheets 28, 17 are brazed by the first brazing material 19 at a portion having a specified width from a protruding end of a face of a burring part 34 against the heat exchanger pipe 2, and the core materials 29, 18 of both brazing sheets 28, 17 at a portion except the brazing portion 35 are brazed by a fillet 37 made of mixture of the first brazing material 19 and the third brazing material 31 and formed inside a brazing material reservoir 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
