PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize registration without depending on the size of paper by providing a means for pressing the paper at a rear end of the paper at the time of the registration, and to reduce size and cost of a device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a bottom plate 8 for temporarily loading posttreatment object paper, a carrying roller part 4 for discharging paper to the bottom plate 8, a jogger 9 performing the registration of a paper width direction orthogonally crossing a discharging direction of the paper, and a switching claw 5 disposed on an upper side of the bottom plate 8 and pressing an upstream side of the rear end of the paper in a vertical direction or a substantially vertical direction to the discharging direction of the paper. The jogger 9 is disposed on an upstream side of a center point on paper side surfaces of all sizes. The switching claw 5 is disposed on an upstream side of the jogger 9. When a registration operation is performed by the jogger 9, the rear end of the paper is pressed by the switching claw 5.
