PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folder which can be bound in a file, of which the opening part can be opened in a state of its being bound in the file, of which the peripheral part of binding holes has a large strength and of which the opening part is prevented from opening unexpectedly. SOLUTION: The folder 10 comprises a first main surface member 12 and a second main surface member 14 laid on each other. A holding part 16 is formed between the first main surface member 12 and the second main surface member 14 and the opening part 18 is formed in the end parts on one side of the members and in the upper end parts thereof. A stopper piece 20 is so formed as to lie on the inner surface of the first main surface member 12 in the opening part 18. The binding holes 26 are formed in the portion where the first main surface member 12 and the stopper piece 20 lie on each other. An insertion piece 28 is formed on the second main surface member 14 in the opening part 18 so that it can be inserted between the first main surface member 12 and the stopper piece 20.
