<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cassette for loading glass substrates of liquid crystal display devices wherein substrates of liquid crystal display devices can be loaded surely and large margin can be applied to the operation by a robot when the robot is used for taking out the substrates. SOLUTION: This cassette 50 for loading a plurality of transparent glass substrates of liquid crystal display devices is provided with a ceiling plate 53, a bottom plate 52, side plates 51 and at least two rear part rods 54. The bottom plate 52 is arranged in the state facing the ceiling plate 53. The side plates 51 are arranged in two side parts respectively in the state that the plates 51 are extended between the ceiling plate 53 and the bottom plate 52. Each of the side plates 51 has a plurality of retaining members 57 which are arranged at prescribed intervals in order to form a plurality of slots 55 for mounting the substrates of the liquid crystal display devices. The rear part rods 54 can be slidden in the grooves 62 and can be adjusted so as to abut against the glass substrates properly when the glass substrates are deflected by gravity.</p> |
