PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact electrical appliance portable wrist band for improved portability, operability, and visibility by a portable wrist band for easily fitting any compact electrical appliances to an arm, and an earphone cord holder for leading a cord at the joint section of an elbow and a shoulder so that the cord of earphones will not sag. SOLUTION: In the compact electric appliance portable wrist band, a top board, having a mechanism that can be fitted easily to the top board by an adhesive material or a clip, can be rotated on a wrist band by 180 degrees. A stop earphone cord holder guides the cord by the junction section of the arm, so that the cord of the earphones from the compact electrical appliance to the ear will not sag. The simplified compact electrical appliance portable wrist band is constituted in this manner.
