PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the frequency characteristics of a balance circuit having a current mirror circuit with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The balance circuit comprises a node A inputting a signal i11, a first current mirror circuit having an MP13 and an MP14 connected with the node A and a drain, a first resistance element for short circuiting the drain and the gate of the MP13 in a low frequency manner, an MP16 connected to the MP14, a node B inputting i21 of an inverted signal of the i11, a second current mirror circuit having an MP23 and an MP24 connected with the node B and the drain, a second resistance element for short circuiting the drain and the gate of the MP13 in a low frequency manner, an MP26 connected to the MP24, a Cf1 for short circuiting the node A and the source of the MP26, and a Cf2 for short circuiting the node B and the source of the MP16 in a high frequency manner.
