PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the umber of accesses and updating history related to a plurality of home pages included in the same Web site per home page. SOLUTION: A WWW server 100 transmitting demanded data to a client 200 has a control part 101 generating a log of a home page transmitted to the client 200, a log totaling part 102 which calculates the number of accesses to each home page from the log and manages access number information in which the number of accesses to each home page is written of the same owner account by writing the number of accesses in the access number information, and a presented data generation part 104 displaying all or a part of the access number information related to URL of the home page of the same owner account as the home page and the home page together with the demanded home page in a predetermined display form when a download demand is given from the client 200.
