PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that several kinds of air ducts mounted among subracks in a communicating apparatus or the like are required since the air ducts have to be adaptable to the subracks having different depth dimensions. SOLUTION: An air duct 10 is composed of a front panel 11, a back panel 13 having a sliding shaft 15, left and right side plates 12 which are fixed to the front panel 11, have bearing sections for fitting the sliding shaft 15, and to which the back panel 13 is rotatably connected by the sliding shaft 15 and bearing sections, and which is provided with rotary slide grooves 16 for drawing an arc with the bearing sections as a center linearly symmetrically, and blocking plate 14 for blocking a clearance that is formed when rotating and moving the back panel 13 with the sliding shaft 15 as the center, thus allowing one kind of the air duct 10 to be adaptable subracks.
