PURPOSE: A sensing circuit, a differential data sensing method, and a sensing amplifier are provided to overcome the lack of write-back capability inherent in the stand-alone sense amplifier by the addition of the series p-channel and series n-channel transistors tied to BL. CONSTITUTION: A sensing circuit has an independent write-back function. The sensing circuit is provided with a sensing amplifier(14) for generating an output signal by comparing an input signal with a reference signal and a write-back block(12) connected between the non-inverting input and output port of the sensing amplifier. At this time, the write-back block(12) has an enable and write-back output signal. Preferably, the sensing amplifier further includes a data buffer(16) connected with the output port of the sensing amplifier for receiving the output signal of the sensing amplifier.
