PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new film affixing device capable of attaching a punch with a good accuracy and preventing a trouble due to the leakage of cooling water. SOLUTION: A cooling water passage R for conducting cooling water to flow through the inside of a top force A is formed, and a heat pipe H is buried into the punch 1 along the lengthwise direction of the same while the end of the heat pipe H of the top force A side is exposed into the cooling water passage R. According to this constitution, the axis of the punch 1 can be attached with a good accuracy without being deviated or the like, and a trouble that the cooling water is blown against the film F or the side of a lead frame (a) and the like can surely be avoided even when the leakage of water is generated in the cooling water passage R. |
