PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of automatically moving, deleting, and compressing data and file based on operation information provided in the data and file even if there is no vacancy capacity in a recording medium of a receiver when recording the data and file in the recording medium provided in the receiver and accumulating desired data and file securely. SOLUTION: Data and file are provided with operation information which is the information concerning automatic operation of the data and file as attribute to manage the information of the data and file so that automatic operation such as deletion, compression, moving, and storage is performed for the data and file even if there is insufficiency of capacity in the recording medium and the data and file can be securely accumulated.
