<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film with easy control of film thickness and a value of resistance of a transparent conducting film preventing detachment and peeling of the transparent conductive film from a high polymer film. SOLUTION: A ZAO film is used as the transparent conducting film, and a second ZAO film changed in film forming conditions is formed on the first ZAO film. The first ZAO film and the second ZAO film are different in an oxygen percentage content, a nitrogen percentage content, or a crystal state and/or a surface shape.</p> |
